My father was 15 at the time of the Londing Bombings. He climbed to the top of Saint Pauls Cathedral, with a cricket bat, and hit back the insidery flames away from the cathedral. He later went into the Royal Air Force, then the Royal Army Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
