My War Stories
19/1978 I joined the Marines because i wanted to be a part of something challenging and important and wanted to be a part of their proud tradition
1980 One time I lost a rifle and the head man thought i was trying to smuggle it out of the camp. The man was a strong christian and he prayed that they would find it and sure enough it was him that found the rifle. That brought me closer to God.
1980 A service helicopter crashed into the USS Guam that Jim was on. It killed 2 soldiers
1982 I encourge young people who know exactly what they want to do to join. Most young people should try it, its a good learning experience. It helps you mature, and it brought me closer to God. Its enjoyable at times and its good for alot of people
